General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases of products and services made through the Eco6thèmes website at www.eco6themes.fr. By placing an order, you accept these terms without reservation.

3. Products

Products offered for sale are those displayed on the website when consulted, subject to availability. Essential characteristics are described on each product page; photographs and illustrations are indicative. Prices are shown on product pages.

Access to online games is guaranteed for three months after purchase. After that period, continued online access is not guaranteed.

4. Orders

4.1 Process: after selecting products, customers provide personal information and complete payment. A confirmation email is sent after validation.

4.2 Changes: once validated, an order cannot be changed. Contact us immediately regarding cancellation or amendment requests.

5. Prices

Prices are stated in euros, including taxes, excluding delivery charges added at checkout. Eco6thèmes may change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one shown when the order is validated.

7. Delivery

7.1 Time: products are dispatched within fifteen working days after validation, subject to availability. Delivery times vary by destination and transport method.

7.2 Charges: delivery charges depend on weight and destination and are shown before final validation.

7.3 Delay: Eco6thèmes will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer. Delay does not automatically entitle the customer to damages.

8. Right of withdrawal

Customers have fourteen calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving reasons or paying penalties. Notice must be sent in writing to Eco6thèmes, 4 square Léon Blum, 92800 Puteaux, France. Unopened products must be returned in original condition at the customer’s expense within fourteen days. Reimbursement is made within fourteen days after receipt of a valid withdrawal request.

9. Warranty

Products benefit from statutory conformity and hidden-defect warranties. Defective products may be returned for exchange or refund.

10. Liability

The seller is not liable for indirect damage arising from product use. Liability cannot exceed the total order amount.

11. Intellectual property

Texts, images, logos and other website content are protected. Reproduction, distribution or use without express permission is prohibited.

12. Personal data

13. Disputes
